Kendra Kay kicked off her headlining debut this past Thursday March 10th at the legendary The El Mocambo in Toronto, ON.
Graham Scott Fleming opened the show and set the mood for the night. Graham played many of his songs live for the first time this evening since the pandemic hit and they were released, including “Better Man”, Graham had the crowd dancing and singing and all warmed up.
There is no doubt why the girl who was raised on the Canadian prairies is a 5x MCMA award winner and has been hailed as “Canada’s Country Girl” (Harlton Empire).
Kendra took to the stage with her band and performed an amazing show, Kendra’s vocals are passionate, high energy and warm. Performing many songs and giving us a glimpse of the type of artist she wishes to be, she had the energy of the room in the palm of her hand.
