1)Follow CROOKS RAPIDS COUNTRY FEST rules and policies at all times, or it will lead to Eviction from the property with NO REFUNDS, and depending on the rule broken could lead to

fines and charges.
2)Youths and Children Must be Accompanied by an Adult. If a youth has purchased a ticket in advance, they will not be allowed on the grounds unless accompanied by the adult. THEY WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF THEY HAVE NO ADULT TO ACCOMPANY THEM.
3)NO UNDER AGE DRINKING. We at Crooks Rapids Country Fest do not approve of this type of behavior.
4)NO GLASS CONTAINERS allowed on the grounds. Please bring your beverages in cans or plastic containers. Please pour your drinks into plastic containers. This will be strictly enforced for the safety of our guests and staff.
5)No outside Food or Beverages allowed inside the festival fences and could lead to eviction from the property. Campers must leave food and beverages at campsite.
6)NO DRONES ALLOWED
7)NO FIRE ARMS ALLOWED that includes air soft guns.

8)If we feel that you have anything that can potentially cause harm or risk, we will confiscate it and could lead to the eviction from the property. Examples: Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns etc. if in doubt email us at crooksrapids@gmail.com
9)ROADWAYS/PATHS When heading to the FESTIVAL AREA please LEAVE your beverages AT YOUR CAMPSITE.

10)NO DOGS ARE PERMITTED ON GROUNDS If your dog is a service dog you MUST have your paperwork with you. Please email us if you have any questions at crooksrapids@gmail.com. 11)FIRES Absolutely NO OPEN FLAME FIRES are allowed on the Grounds.
12)SHUTTLE BUSES If Anyone that is causing a disturbance on the shuttle buses will be evicted. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE with NO REFUNDS. Our buses provide transportation to and from the grounds to parking and to and from the town. Open liquor is not permitted on the bus. Any disorderly conduct will not be tolerated Security staff will be on the bus to ensure compliance. 13)MUSIC (Other than on stage) Loud music from vehicle radios, amplifiers or any other sound systemis not allowed. Anyone caught disturbing the peace in this way will be evicted without a refund. 14)GENERATORS will be allowed to operate between 8 am and 1 am. If your generator makes excessive noise or creates excessive fumes, you will be asked not to use it. If you do not comply with these rules you will be evicted without a refund.

ALL of the above rules will be enforced and there will be no second chances. Our main objective is to make our event an enjoyable experience and to deliver a live music experience with some of our nations finest talents.

ABSOLUTELY NO FIGHTING OF ANY KIND,(VERBAL, PHYSICAL)

NO VIOLENCE IS TOLERATED WHAT SO EVER!!

 IF YOU ARE CAUGHT BREAKING ANY RULES WITHIN THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS AND SHUTTLE BUSES YOU WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT A REFUND.

CAMPING DETAILS!

TENT CAMPING SITE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
REMINDER: THIS PASS DOES NOT PROVIDE ADMISSION. Tent camp site. No vehicles permitted on site. Drop off point will be available by main gate.
Site specs: 

– Anyone staying the night in a TENT must purchase a tent camping pass.
– Sites are assigned upon arrival. If you wish to camp beside another group, you MUST arrive together (no saving spots).
– Approximately 15×15′ or smaller
– Maximum 4 people on your site, anyone staying the night on your site must purchase a tent camping pass.

– Maximum 2 Tents Per Site

Parking Options:
– Use festival off grounds parking
– Use the available Shuttle Services
– Arrange to get dropped off

– Show your ticket/receipt at the front gate to receive your proper credentials.
– Purchasers must provide photo ID matching the name on the confirmation.

RV CAMPING SITE

We prefer anyone that purchases an RV/Trailer site to have your vehicle in by June 25th and enjoy an extra night of camping FREE

REMINDER: THIS PASS DOES NOT PROVIDE WEEKEND PASS ADMISSION. It permits maximum one (1) Vehicle to claim a RV/Trailer campsite. It is not mandatory to park a vehicle on the site.

Site specs:
– Sites are assigned upon arrival. If you wish to camp beside another vehicle, you MUST arrive together (no saving spots).

– price per site (not per person)
– Approximately 20×40′
– Maximum 6 people per site.
– Space for One (1) normal-size car/truck* on site.

*A normal-size car is defined as anything smaller than a 12-passenger van. Only lightweight passenger vehicles, including pickup trucks and SUVs will be permitted in camping areas.

Camping opens Thursday June 25 2020.

NOTE: If your group requires more than one vehicle, your options are:
– Use off festival grounds parking (limited parking available) FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!
– Use the available Shuttle Services
– Arrange to get dropped off
– Show your ticket/receipt at the gate to receive your proper credentials.
– Purchasers must provide photo ID matching the name on the confirmation.

I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Crooks Rapids Country Music Fest and any other regulations as may be established. I understand and agree that there will be no refunds and that the decisions of the festival committee are final. Further, I hereby and forever discharge Crooks Rapids Country Music Fest and their agents and their representatives from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims or damage arising out of or in connection with the festival.
